- From meagre honorariums to the burdensome task of maintaining exhaustive registers, frontline health workers grapple with numerous obstacles
- The COVID-19 pandemic has further intensified these challenges, stretching their capacities as they navigate between routine health services and pandemic management
- WellMe bolsters the resilience of frontline workers by equipping them with evidence-based strategies to navigate stress, foster mindfulness, and prioritize self-care
Objectives
To evaluate the feasibility and reception of implementing the WellMe app among frontline health workers, aiming to boost their resilience and overall well-being.
